Work in progress:

LOLz…I was playing SimCity 4 the entire day…busy building stuff…LOL…here’s a few screenshots:
Overall view of the city - Nice view. eh?
Urban Redevelopment Programme Phase 1 - Decided to zone my city in a more defined manner in order to alleviate traffic congestion in the residential area.
An older section of the city - See the gridlike layout? Bad design! I need lots of cash to re-develop this section in order to remove traffic congestion.
Pretty busy these days, have to shoot video for some parents visit thingy for the polytechnic, along with the final-year project outline submission and C Programming continual practical assignment. I also have to change this website a little bit, but I won’t say what is it - if you see it you will know it =)
Here’s what I did for my After Effects exercise for my Audio/Video Fundamentals class - click here
Kate Beckinsale is one hot babe in The Underworld!

Yeah! Finally I finished drawing my first manga person. Took me 4 hours+ to finish it across 2 days. Phew! I wonder how do the professionals do it! Anyway I’m felling better now, I will have enough strength to pull myself to school by tomorrow…I hope. Sigh, I have to prepare for Saturday, and next Monday going for a treat from my class mentor. Cool! Argh. Next Monday is also due date for two assignments! Time to be busy as a bee again.
Yes, its been almost 2 months since I’ve last blogged, and please don’t tell me what happened during December. It was a painful ITP memory that I want to forget. Anyway, here’s what happened on the first month of semester 5:
1) Met up with my Battletech friends from the Khabal forum! Cool dudes, all of them! Kudos to Gordon and Bernard for teaching me the basics!
2) Encoded one video file (Sonic the Hedgehog) for storage in the DVD format, I’m left to test the quality, but I need either a DVD burner (wasteful) or a TV-output card that can display on the TV and monitor at the same time(To simulate the worst playback conditions, I will be aiming for an Nvidia card since people say their TV-output is crap).
3) My laptop battery got damaged! Sigh, might as well live with it, since I don’t use my laptop much in school (at least for now). Now its my “portable desktop”.
4) Continued to finish up the cs_hkss map for Counter-Strike. Thank goodness the new update (version 1.6) is still in beta.
5) My webhost went down! So you’re now stuck with Blogspot for now until I find another good webhost…
6) I now tutor PSP2 students! Java to the People!
7) Managed to dual-boot Windows XP and RedHat Linux 8.0 (KDE) on my laptop! Sadly I won’t be using the laptop much though (see point no. 3 above)
Well, that’s all for now, stay tuned!
Wow, I saw a cat eating a bird and took a photo of it. Nature at its best! The (white) cat was chewing off its head when I was about to photograph it, and another brownish cat was trying to get its bird. Upon seeing me approach it carried the bird in its mouth to a more ‘private’ spot and continued eating, whereas the brown cat followed it, but stayed quite a distance from the white cat, apparently wanting the bird also. I took my chances, and in the end, got one clear picture(out of 10+ pictures on my lousy Yashica camera) of the cat and a video clip of it eating.
