After a month of waiting for the parts to arrive (and 5 years of usage of my old Pentium 4 Northwood), I finally made a trip down to SLS today, and completed the whole set. Spent the entire day transferring my new motherboard from the old casing (so that I can test if it can [...] Yup, another 2 weeks’ waiting time and the CPU arrives… More pictures here Yeah, finally we get started on the good stuff on Thursday and Friday, Flash, and yes, I still detest using this software because I make alot of minor mistakes with it (missing ; ), and event handlers that can be assigned to any item, which is so confusing that you get lost trying to do [...] This week was pretty interesting, we finally dived straight into Maya 7. The lessons are so boring that I almost fell asleep during class, but somehow I managed to stay awake by doing stuff that is way ahead of the lessons being taught.
