Got a last-minute call from Sembawang CC this morning around 0940 telling me that the course is on Saturday instead of Sundays. Luckily I didn’t have anything on today, so I rushed off from home to the Community Centre. Reached there just in time, and had to pay an extra $6 material fee (Didn’t draw much [...] Well, today is the last day of GameFest, and by far its the most “interactive” part of the festival – we had 2 playtests of 2 games, one is a boardgame, and the other is a alpha test of a soon-to-be-launched trading card game. I got a signed card (don’t know who signed on it though) [...] Well, today marks the end of the first 2 weekends of GameFest seminar & workshops – tiring as it is to go to Woodlands everyday and be stuck there from the morning till evening, its a worth it – the first day wasn’t so good, as the first day is dedicated to workshops, but the second [...] Ok, I was pretty pissed at the start when I arrived before lunch to attend the workshops I like (since the morning workshops were not interesting to me) and the people at the registration counter told me to come back after lunch because there are people in the room, and the speaker is still speaking.
