I Was Molested By A Secondary School Girl
Basket, a lower-sec girl I don’t know pushed my behind to get me out of the way while I was climbing up the stairs…luckily she was playing catching in school with some friends of hers (or being chased, whatever they were doing). Tsk. Must beware of kiddies running about when I go back to my sec sch next time.
Well today was quite an OK day, except for the ass-grabbing. Went to school to attend a talk about Open Source Computing by some guy from the Linux Users Group Singapore in place of my WSAS practical today because our tutor told us to attend the talk as it is related to what we are going to do for this term - installing, configuring and securing Apache HTTPd. LOL! The guy showed the audience his GNOME Desktop interface, and I THINK the audience was impressed, but not for me and probably some other student who have come across Linux. Slick looks, but its no big deal. Its just the KDE/GNOME interface sitting on top of a virtual console. And “normal” users complain that the Linux OS is hard to master. Bah, I was using Yggdrasil Linux when I was primary 5, and back then, no games meant that the computer is useless (ah, I was young and carefree…). KDE and GNOME didn’t even exist back then, they only started in 1996, and all I got was X11 Windows, which was totally bad, but at least more bearable than staring at a screen filled with black and white text, and it was buggy. Heck, now with all these fancy window managers for Linux, I STILL have to resort to the console in order to access a few things during practical. Well, I’d like to play with Linux, just that I don’t have time to do so. Anyways after that talk I went back to my sec school to present my progress to my HOD/IT. So far he’s reserved about my progress, but I believe that I can finish it on time.
